Rishab Bhandari leads R&Y Realty as its strategic compass, driving the firm's vision of 'Crafting Spaces. Building Legacies.' Combining his degree in Business Management with vast practical experience, Rishab is renowned for his entrepreneurial instincts and ability to identify high-potential land deals before they enter the mainstream.
His strategic edge is the capacity to enter projects at their inception, allowing him to shape the entire value chain, from land appraisal and regulatory compliance to structuring optimal developer and investor alignment. Guided by a legacy of integrity instilled by his father, Rishab ensures every R&Y project is defined by rigor, accountability, and market-savvy execution. Under his leadership, R&Y Realty is prioritizing timely delivery, unwavering quality, and creating enduring value for every stakeholder.
Yaswanth Bhandari
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Ar. Yaswanth Bhandari is the creative engine steering R&Y Realty’s design and quality promise. As Principal Architect, he ensures projects are thoughtfully composed experiences, not mere structures. Trained in architecture, his expertise is synthesizing Vastu alignment with modern functionality.
